Every stone we sell is lab-grown (synthetic). They are not natural stones and carry no natural origin. Nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.
Colour is described with industry colour terms — vivid red, vivid blue, vivid bluish green. These are colour descriptions, not gradings. No laboratory colour grade, and no origin, is claimed or implied for any stone on this site.
Prices are per piece, not per carat. What you see is the price of one stone — multiply it by the number of stones you need. No calculation, no waiting for a weight-based quote.
Stone weight varies slightly with cut depth: a "6 mm round" does not weigh exactly the same every time. The weight shown on each specification is approximate and given for reference. Because we sell by the piece, that variation is already accounted for in the piece price — it is not added or deducted afterwards.

Reports are optional and quoted separately, because a certificate can cost more than the stone itself on small sizes.
We send the verification link of the issuing laboratory, never a screenshot. A report number is only meaningful if you can check it yourself at the laboratory's own website.
We hold stock through partner cutting workshops rather than in our own warehouse, so "availability" refers to what can be picked and shipped, not to boxes on our floor. Listed lead times are honest ranges; anything unusual is confirmed by message before you pay.
Payment is by T/T (bank transfer) in advance. There is no online checkout and no card payment — every order is quoted and confirmed individually. Shipments go by international express (FedEx) with full commercial documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, and HS code stated per item.
